1. General Information

• All training courses are provided by ProLash Institute, La Rocka, Urmston M419JG Manchester, UK.

• By booking and paying for a course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• These terms form a legally binding agreement between the student and ProLash Institute.

2. Eligibility

• Students must be at least 18 years old.

• It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they are fit to take part in the course and do not have medical conditions or allergies that may prevent them from completing the training.

3. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a place on any course.

• Full payment must be made no later than 7 days before the course date.

• If full payment is not received by the deadline, ProLash Institute reserves the right to cancel the booking.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Students may request to reschedule their course with at least 14 days’ notice.

• Requests made with less than 7 days’ notice may result in the loss of full payment.

• If ProLash Institute cancels a course, students will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

 

5. Attendance & Models

• Students must attend on time. Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes may not be admitted.

• Students are responsible for bringing their own model(s), unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• Failure to provide a model may prevent completion of the practical assessment.

 

6. Certification

• Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of both theory and practical assessments.

• Attendance alone does not guarantee certification.

• Certificates are intended for training purposes only and do not replace any licensing or local authority requirements.

 

7. Health & Safety

• Students must comply with all hygiene, health, and safety standards explained during training.

• Any unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• All training materials (manuals, presentations, videos, and resources) remain the property of ProLash Institute.

• Students may not copy, share, or reproduce course materials without written permission.

 

9. Liability Disclaimer

• ProLash Institute accepts no responsibility for injury, allergic reactions, or damage resulting from the misuse of products or techniques taught during training.

• Students are responsible for obtaining professional insurance before working on paying clients.

 

10. Complaints

• Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the course date.

• ProLash Institute will investigate and respond to all complaints fairly and professionally.
