2️⃣ Eligibility

• Open to all lash artists aged 18 or above, worldwide.

• Participants must provide accurate personal and contact details when registering.

• The competition is open to students, professionals, and experts (as per experience level selection in the registration form).

3️⃣ Registration & Payment

• Registration is only valid after submitting the online registration form and completing the entry fee payment.

• Each category costs £20. Participants may enter multiple categories.

• All entry fees are strictly non-refundable, except in the unlikely event of full cancellation by the organiser.

• Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may close early once the category limit is reached.

• After payment, participants will receive a confirmation email containing the submission form link.

4️⃣ Submission Rules

• All submissions must follow the official photo and video requirements listed below.

• Work must be original, completed by the participant, and not previously submitted to any other competition.

• Entries must be submitted no later than 28 February 2026 (23:59 UK time). Late entries will not be judged or refunded.

5️⃣ Photo & Video Requirements

To ensure fair judging and visual quality, each participant must submit high-resolution images in the following structure:

Required photos:

1. Model’s full-face photo before styling.

2. Two close-up photos of each eye before styling (one per eye, open eye).

3. Two close-up photos of each eye after styling (one per eye, open eye).

4. Full-face photo after styling, showing the complete lash set.

5. Additional creative photos (optional): different angles or artistic composition.

Requirements:

• Photos must be taken on open eyes to show direction and styling clearly.

• Images must be clear, well-lit, and focused.

• No excessive filters, smoothing, or over-editing.

• Neutral or clean background recommended.

• File format: JPG or PNG, minimum 1500 px on the longest side.

Optional video:

• Up to 30 seconds, showing final results or lash application details.

6️⃣ Quality Standards & Disqualification

• All lashes must be applied safely and professionally.

• Use of low-quality materials (e.g. poor-quality premade fans, white lashes, sticky bases, or damaged strips) may reduce scoring.

• Blurry, dark, or poorly lit photos will not be accepted for judging.

• Failure to follow the required photo structure may result in disqualification from the finals.

• Any AI-generated, stolen, or retouched work that misrepresents reality will lead to disqualification without refund.

7️⃣ Judging & Scoring

• Entries are evaluated by independent, qualified judges using a 100-point scoring system.

• Criteria include: direction, symmetry, fan quality, cleanliness, styling, and overall presentation.

• Each judge scores individually; final results are based on averaged totals.

• Judges’ decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

8️⃣ Prizes & Recognition

• Winners in each category receive a PLI Lash Awards trophy and official certificate.

• All finalists and participants receive digital certificates after the event.

• Winners and finalists will be featured on PLI Lash Pro’s social media and website.

• No Grand Prix cash prize applies to the online edition.

9️⃣ Media & Image Rights

• By entering, participants grant PLI Lash Awards permission to use submitted photos and videos for marketing, social media, and educational purposes.

• Participants confirm that their models have consented to photo and video usage.

• All materials remain credited to the participant when shared publicly.

🔟 Health, Safety & Integrity

• All lash work must be safe, hygienic, and performed professionally.

• PLI Lash Awards is not responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries related to products used.

• Any form of dishonesty, inappropriate behaviour, or online negativity toward organisers, judges, or other participants may result in disqualification.

11️⃣ Event Changes or Cancellation

• The organiser reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of cancellation by the organiser, all entry fees will be refunded.

12️⃣ Agreement

By registering and submitting an entry, the participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions of the PLI Lash Awards 2026 (Online Edition).
